Effective Date: August 1, 2026
Vina360, Inc. ("Vina360," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Vina360 mobile application and website located at vina360.com (collectively, the "Platform"), an online marketplace that connects individuals who request, book, purchase, or receive beauty or personal care services through the Platform ("Customers") with independent businesses and independent contractors approved by Vina360 to offer beauty or personal care services through the Platform ("Partners"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect Personal Information when you access or use the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Information may be collected, used, disclosed, and retained as described in this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires your consent, such as for certain push notifications, SMS marketing communications, precise location access, or other optional device permissions, we will request your consent separately through the Platform, your device settings, or another legally compliant method.
A. Personal Information. Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020) (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable privacy laws, including, without limitation, identifiers such as real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, email address, account name, payment or financial information, records of products purchased, or other similar identifiers. Personal Information does not include information that relates solely to a legal entity and cannot reasonably be linked to an individual or household. For example, an entity Partner's business name, business address, and business license number are business information rather than Personal Information, unless the information also identifies, relates to, or is reasonably linkable to an individual or household.
B. Sensitive Personal Information. Sensitive Personal Information includes Personal Information that consists of social security number, driver's license number, state identification card, passport number, account log-in together with access credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, contents of mail, email, and text messages not directed to the business, or genetic data, and as otherwise defined under applicable law.
C. "User" or "Users" means any individual or entity that accesses, browses, visits, creates an account on, or otherwise uses the Platform, including Customer and Partner defined below. Where a Partner is an entity, the entity is the User and contracting party, and the individual or individuals who access or use the Platform on the entity's behalf are its authorized representatives.
D. "You" or "Your" means the applicable User, Customer, or Partner, depending on the context in which the term is used. Where a provision applies only to Customers or only to Partners, this Privacy Policy expressly identifies the applicable party. When You or Your refers to an entity Partner, contractual and Platform obligations apply to the entity, while privacy rights and obligations under applicable privacy laws apply to the individual or individuals whose Personal Information is collected or processed, including authorized representatives acting for the entity.
We collect Personal Information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of the Platform, information received from third parties, and certain information collected automatically by your device.
When you create an account or book services through the Platform, we collect information necessary to provide our services and manage your account. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, username, account credentials, and unique account identifier.
We also collect information relating to your use of the Platform, including appointment requests, selected services, appointment dates and times, assigned Partners, service preferences, booking history, cancellations, refunds, ratings, reviews, and customer support interactions.
Payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe. Vina360 does not collect or store complete payment card information. We receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as payment status and confirmation details, as necessary to process bookings, refunds, and other Platform transactions.
When an individual or business applies to become a Partner, we collect information necessary to evaluate the application, verify the Partner and its authorized representatives, and facilitate the Partner's operation through the Platform. This may include legal name, display name, business name, business address, email address, telephone number, account credentials, and other profile information.
To verify Partner identity and qualifications, we may collect government-issued identification, professional licenses or certifications, business licenses, identity verification results, and related application review information.
Partners may also provide professional profile information, including services offered, pricing, availability, experience, specialties, ratings, reviews, and booking history. To facilitate Partner payouts, we collect or receive payout-related information, including bank account or payment account details, payout status, earnings history, tax-related records, refunds, adjustments, chargebacks, and dispute information.
The Platform allows Customers and Partners to create and share content as part of their use of the Platform, as described below.
Customer Content: Customers may upload profile photographs, design inspiration images, and attachments submitted through customer support requests.
Partner Content: Partners may provide business information, professional licensing information, and other profile content that helps Customers evaluate available services.
Communication Between Customers and Partners: If messaging or communication features are available, we may collect communications exchanged between Customers and Partners, including messages, chat content, call records associated with call-masking features, and other communications necessary to facilitate bookings or provide customer support.
Support Communications: We also retain communications with our support team, including emails, support tickets, attachments, complaint information, and dispute-resolution records.
When you access or use the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information to operate, secure, and improve our services. This information may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, application version, language settings, mobile carrier, device identifiers, advertising identifiers (where applicable), and other diagnostic information.
We also collect information about how the Platform is used, including pages or screens viewed, searches performed, features used, interactions with the Platform, referral sources, session duration, timestamps, booking activity, and error logs. If you grant permission through your device settings, we may collect approximate or precise location information to facilitate bookings and improve the user experience. We may also collect crash reports, performance logs, device state information, and push notification tokens used to deliver appointment reminders, booking updates, security notifications, and other account-related communications.
We may receive Personal Information from third parties that help us operate the Platform. If you choose to sign in using a third-party authentication provider, such as Apple, Google, Facebook, or another supported service, we may receive information including your name, email address, profile identifier, authentication credentials, or other information authorized by that provider. Users who choose Sign in with Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of their personal email address.
We also receive limited information from payment processors, including transaction confirmations, payment and payout status, fraud indicators, chargeback information, payment method details, and similar transaction records necessary to process payments and maintain the integrity of the Platform. Where applicable, we may receive identity verification information from Know Your Customer (KYC) or identity verification providers, including verification status, document authenticity results, results confirming that the individual was physically present during verification, verification results, fraud indicators, and related verification metadata.
In addition, we may receive information from analytics providers, attribution services, customer support vendors, email and SMS providers, and similar service providers. Depending on the services we use, this information may include aggregated or pseudonymized usage information, message delivery status, bounce reports, communication logs, customer support records, and other operational information used to improve and maintain the Platform.
We use Personal Information to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Platform, facilitate bookings for beauty or personal care services, support our marketplace, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support. The ways in which we use Personal Information are described in more detail below.
We use Personal Information to create, authenticate, secure, and maintain user accounts, enabling Customers and Partners to access and use the Platform. Personal Information is also used to facilitate the booking process, including processing appointment requests, confirmations, cancellations, refunds, receipts, payment transactions, and service updates.
As part of Vina360's marketplace, Customer booking requests may be distributed to multiple eligible Partners so those Partners may determine whether to submit a bid for the requested service. We use information such as the requested service, geographic location, Partner eligibility, availability, service area, and other operational criteria to facilitate the bidding and matching process and help connect Customers with appropriate Partners.
We also use Personal Information to support communications between Customers, Partners, and our customer support team, operate Partner dashboards and business management tools, maintain booking histories and earnings records, process payments and Partner payouts, administer refunds and chargebacks, perform fraud screening, maintain accounting records, and otherwise operate the Platform.
To maintain a trusted marketplace, we use Personal Information to evaluate Partner applications and verify identity, business information, professional qualifications, licenses, certifications, eligibility, and payout information where applicable.
We also use Personal Information to detect, investigate, prevent, respond to, and recover from fraud, unauthorized activity, security incidents, abuse, unsafe conduct, off-platform circumvention, and violations of our Terms of Service or community standards. Personal Information may also be used to investigate complaints, resolve disputes, process cancellations, no-shows, refunds, and chargebacks, respond to safety reports, protect the rights, property, and safety of Vina360, our users, and others, and enforce our Terms of Service, Partner policies, and community standards.
Government-issued identification, professional licenses, and similar verification information are collected solely for identity verification, qualification review, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and maintaining the integrity of the Platform.
We use Personal Information to understand how the Platform is used, evaluate booking trends, measure feature engagement, improve Customer and Partner experiences, and maintain the overall performance and reliability of our services.
This information helps us develop new features, improve search and matching functionality, refine pricing and Partner management tools, analyze booking performance, and identify opportunities to enhance the Platform. We also use diagnostic and technical information to identify and resolve software bugs, application crashes, outages, security vulnerabilities, and other operational issues. Where feasible, we may use aggregated, de-identified, or pseudonymized information for analytics, research, product development, and reporting purposes.
We use Personal Information to communicate with users regarding their accounts and use of the Platform. These communications include account verification, appointment confirmations, booking reminders, payment confirmations, receipts, customer support responses, security alerts, service announcements, policy updates, and other transactional communications necessary to provide the Platform.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may also use your contact information to send promotional emails, special offers, product announcements, surveys, newsletters, or other marketing communications. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications or by adjusting your account preferences where available. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send transactional or service-related communications that are necessary to administer your account or provide the Platform.
Vina360 uses Personal Information to personalize and improve your experience within the Platform, including displaying relevant services, improving search and matching functionality, remembering user preferences, and enhancing Platform performance.
Vina360 does not sell Personal Information or share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable California law. We do not use third-party advertising networks or advertising software development kits (SDKs) to serve targeted advertising based on your activity across unrelated websites, applications, or services.
Any analytics or tracking technologies we use are intended solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform, facilitate bookings, verify Partners, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and measure the effectiveness and reliability of our services.
In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), Vina360 provides notice of the categories of Personal Information we collect, the purposes for which we collect and use that information, and our data sharing practices.
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect identifiers, such as your name, email address, telephone number, username, account credentials, and account identifiers, to create and manage user accounts, facilitate bookings, verify users, and communicate with customers and Partners.
We may collect commercial information relating to appointments, bookings, purchases, refunds, customer support interactions, and transaction history in order to provide our services, process payments, maintain business records, and improve the Platform.
Stripe collects financial information necessary to process payments, refunds, and Partner payouts. Payment card information is processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and is not stored by Vina360.
For Partners, we may collect government-issued identification, professional licenses, certifications, business licenses, and other credential information to verify identity, confirm eligibility to provide services through the Platform, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
If you grant the appropriate permissions, we may collect approximate or precise geolocation information to connect Customers with eligible nearby Partners, facilitate bookings, and improve the operation of the Platform.
We may also collect profile photographs, design inspiration images, communications, customer support records, device information, technical diagnostics, usage information, and user preferences to operate the Platform, improve our services, maintain security, personalize the user experience, investigate fraud, resolve disputes, and provide customer support.
Vina360 does not sell Personal Information or share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable California law.
We disclose Personal Information only as necessary to operate the Platform, provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, protect users, and support our legitimate business operations. We do not disclose Personal Information for purposes inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
To facilitate bookings for beauty or personal care services, we disclose information between Customers and Partners when a booking is requested, accepted, modified, canceled, or completed. Depending on the circumstances, this information may include names, appointment details, service requests, service locations, scheduling information, service preferences, Partner profile information, ratings and reviews, and other information reasonably necessary to coordinate and complete the requested services.
We disclose Personal Information to carefully selected third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf and help us operate the Platform. These service providers may include:
We may also engage additional service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, identity verification, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and other operational functions. These providers are contractually authorized to process Personal Information only for the purpose of providing services to Vina360 and are not permitted to use the information for their own independent purposes except as permitted by applicable law.
To process customer payments, compensate Partners, prevent fraud, manage disputes, comply with tax obligations, and maintain accurate financial records, we disclose relevant payment and transaction information to payment processors, payout providers, financial institutions, banking partners, fraud-prevention vendors, tax and accounting service providers, and other entities involved in processing financial transactions.
We may disclose Personal Information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, court orders, subpoenas, or requests from governmental authorities. We may also disclose information to enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements, investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or security incidents, protect the rights, property, and safety of Vina360, our Customers, Partners, users, the public, and others, and prevent illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
If Vina360 is involved in a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sale, or similar business transaction, Personal Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations and applicable law.
Vina360 does not sell Personal Information or share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable California law. We do not permit third-party advertising networks or advertising software development kits (SDKs) to collect Personal Information through the Platform for targeted advertising purposes.
Any disclosures of Personal Information are made solely to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Platform or to comply with legal obligations described in this Privacy Policy.
The Platform may request permission to access certain features of your device in order to provide and improve the performance of the Platform. Depending on how you use the Platform, we may request access to your device's location to help connect you with eligible nearby Partners and facilitate bookings. We may also request access to your camera and photo library to enable you to upload profile photographs, design inspiration, and customer support attachments. If you choose to receive notifications, we may request permission to send push notifications regarding appointment reminders, booking updates, security alerts, account activity, and other service-related communications.
You may grant, deny, or withdraw these permissions at any time through your device settings. If certain permissions are disabled, some features of the Platform may not function as intended.
Vina360 uses cookies, local storage, software development kits ("SDKs"), and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Platform. These technologies help us maintain secure user sessions, remember user preferences, support authentication, analyze Platform performance, diagnose technical issues, and help prevent fraud and unauthorized activity.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party advertising SDKs, or similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising across unrelated websites, applications, or services.
Some web browsers incorporate "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signals that are intended to indicate a user's privacy preferences. Because there is currently no universally accepted standard for responding to DNT signals, Vina360 does not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track requests.
